I worked on the Vekta Train Platform from the early mockup stage until final artwork was completed. I was responsible for ensuring that the mockup geometry for the environment would translate effectively into final quality modular assets. I then reconstructed the environment once the final assets were completed.
I worked closely with both an asset artist and level designer to ensure that the modular building block components we created would fit together efficiently and work correctly for the gameplay. This actually ended up requiring me to do quite an extensive tweaking pass on all the shapes in order to guarantee they would work together correctly after being outsourced.
The dam wall and circular concrete framework for this area were created by Sofia Jakobsson.
