UE4 Basement + Assets

A small scene I put together over a few days to explore rapid asset and environment prototyping. I tried to spend no more than a few than a few hours creating each asset, but created them correctly so that they could be taken into full production if required. The black leather chair is reused from a previous project.

The assets were created in Maya and Substance Painter and then rendered in UE4. The brick material was downloaded from Substance share.
